Now they're using a site called kouploader. The main server they use, up4, needs a proxy to get in. They type this on the board by writing コにうp with nothing else, so you have to check the post time against the file times on each server to find out which one they're uploading to. The usual mmd pass is スレ画, which is the filesize of the op they always use, 58394. Sometimes it's スレ番, which is the thread's number.
Today's password comes from this thing. They almost never use it because there are too many ways to write it, but it's common knowledge thing around there.
