I've decided to combine Slice of Life with Ecchi for this idea. I call it: "The Exhibitionist Club" (I will accept suggestions for a better idea) Anyway here's the idea:
Average Japanese school gets transfer student (She can be European or something) and she's very outgoing. She's interested in art and in particular she loves drawing nude portraits of herself and even secretly draws them of her friends. Some of the other girls in the school are surprised by the transfer girl's boldness but she turns out to be quite the social butterfly.
Eventually, one shy girl spots the transfer student not wearing panties at school and confronts her about it. The transfer student admits that she's an exhibitionist and the shy girl gets curious. She joins the transfer student on some naughty adventures like going out in public without panties and with a short skirt or flashing random strangers.
Shy girl and transfer student make more friends and expand to club with more and more girls joining. The rest of the cast are general anime girl archetypes: Gyaru Girl, Tsundere, Girl who likes the occult, tomboy, ojou-sama and more. It's a heartwarming story about girls bonding by doing what they love best. What they love best just happens to be exhibitionism.
