As for those powers, I like Unbreakable Contract the most. I can definitely see higher levels of Contractor having things like being able to use magic as part of the contract instead of just enforcement (beauty in exchange for your soul kind of thing). Obviously more/better demons. Maybe some kind of "true name" based magic would fit. That's a traditional weakness for demons and fits in pretty well with the law theme of contracts. Powers to let us cheat a bit on contracts could be fun too, like applying some of our charm to terms the other party might otherwise veto to make them more "attractive".
