Aside from being my own favorites, I vaguely remember that Mihoshi and Kiyone were the third and second bustiest regulars female cast members (albeit Kiyone not being in the OVAs).
Anyone got an artbook scan or something that clarifies that? Ryoko looks bustier in most artwork, but think it was based on the fact that Kiyone and MIhoshi are the first and second tallest girls overall (or maybe just in the regular, none-shape-shifting cast).
