inpaint problem havers, reduce your denoise and/or steps, maybe increase mask blur & pixel padding a bit from webui/comfy defaults
if you got major changes to make like removing a finger, gonna have to get the job like halfway done in an editor first instead of relying on high denoise to understand what you're trying to do
