>>2680726Alright, another update. I think I finally fixed the weight issue! Transferred over some weights from another similar model and I think I solved the center sinking issue without deforming the materials/physics as you can see from the picture. There are probably more issues to solve but here's a link to the fixed model if anybody wants it:
