And that still wouldn't include actual clothing as objects, just a way to remove them.
Honestly, Soulcalibur IV and V came a lot closer--for starters, they didn't just have clothing in layer (outer armor, underwear, etc.), but they actually had practically everything be destructible/damage states. But neither of those came out on PC, so modding didn't get much farther besides a few custom models, body swapping (pretty much everyone got Ivy's body), and the obvious nude mods.
