Two teams of 5 girls play hole in the wall and each time they lose they have to remove an article of clothing. They're only wearing spandex + panties + bra.
Each round they have to choose 1-3 girls on their team to send out (depending on the styrofoam hole), so inevitably when one girl gets down to her underwear they rotate her out for a more dressed girl, until they're all down to their underwear.
The cut outs start simple but quickly get difficult, and start to get more involved with having to stack objects a certain way, or trivia for them to pick 1 side.
And once they get naked the cut outs are setup so they have to either expose themselves or press against each other or stand in weird positions to get through it.
Alright that's my goofy dream idea, but I do like your ideas of
>Exposure isn't treated as sexual>It's played in a teamI think what would work best is a game show where getting exposed isn't the point but a fun incidental part of a larger show, or an occasional twist/challenge to an existing game, since then you could get real ENF from girls that aren't expecting to strip, but might be willing to risk it for a chance at the prize. Something like the strip games in Dog Eat Dog, but more catered toward ENF. Like maybe there's 3 different challenges, and a girl lost the 1st challenge and so has to get and stay naked but the 2nd challenge is a team relay race + ninja obstacle course, so she has to complete the race naked as well.
Or maybe the losers have to each spin a wheel of punishment that will make it harder for them to win the next courses, like given a 5 second start delay, have extra 10% body weight added, has to stay naked.
Or maybe the challenge is an obstacle course and the winnings are determined by how many times she spins a "punishment wheel" where it adds punishments to make it harder (with one being nude), one spin is 1k, twice 10k, three times 100k, etc.
