Requesting the guy faces/heads be edited out so that it's just the two MILFs in the image. (the two on the lower left, I don't mind if you just white out the entire frame there if that's easier)
If possible also remove the speech bubbles and fill in the body parts covered, but that's optional. Removing the guys is the most important.
