It modifies the files and folders so I guess that causes some av to see it as a threat though most of them don't detect anything. I don't know why people show virus total screens, that shit will find threats even in VV launcher exe.
There's no malicious code, I think you can easily check if it sends anything anywhere to see that it has zero network activity.
