The point isn't to get into fat people hate or anything, but to highlight that based on your socioeconomic status and what country you're from, the age that you perceive anime characters can differ by 5 years, maybe more. Its not that someone is or isn't a pedophile, its literally the age you percieve characters to be can change. As a final bit of evidence I would google the authors of anime characters doing breast comparison images. These show the breast sizes they are intending to draw vs how you, a person from a completely different background might percieve them. Based on these, its almost always that the "loli" charaters have C breasts or larger. And my gettting out and touching grass (or in this case breasts) experience tells me that C size breasts are plenty mature and large on a real human. To me this is the final nail in the coffin with regards to the idea that its just Americans having a different view on the world compared to the rest of the world, and what gave them that view is their food habbits.
This means that someone telling you you're a pedophile for liking smaller breasts might actually need to check their privilege in a non-ironic sense.
