>>1492116I would re-install both scripts and start over. Keeping the images on your HD instead of using URL is also something I recommend (and assuming you are already doing).
Every once in a while I'll get a bug that overwrites a mascot with something else on the list, when that happens I delete the new mascots and select an old one and let it load. After it has displayed once I retry my new mascot and 9/10 times it works fine after that.
