Also, the picture was clearly breaching the rules: "No blatantly-sexual images involving men, the sexual fluids of men or foreplay done by men" The fact that the picture was removed should show you this. Also; pointing out that a picture is violating the rules is not a breach of global rules, announcing that you have reported it how ever is a breach. Maybe you should have another read through the rules, eh?
