That suit has the rarest/strongest skill combination for a f2p suit. It has a matching attack boosting skill, increased chance to make the girl be the attacker, and a fever skill(for more points) that activates when she successfully attacks.

My Nanami+Miji team has no problems with any matches, but I want Elise to join the elite as well.
After some RC I got her two +27% TEC SSR P-skills, made her a new STM SSR+ decobromide (collab so it's universal), and now she can reliably farm this SSS+ finals at lv.62 with the trendy SR accessory on (a negative over her SSR acc):
