A modern day (well, 90s) girl finds herself teleported into a fantasy world. Also in this universe, she finds that every night she transforms into a particularly perverse male version of herself. Between the two personalities, Maze gets thrown into the middle of a fantastical conflict and a harem of misfit adventurers.
Ecchi Content:
Fair in the anime. Every other episode, or every third at worst might have a mildly ecchi situation. And if memory serves Maze loses her underwear for a contrived reason early on and never acquires a replacement. So technically it's mildly ecchi throughout. Might be mistaken on that though.
Moderate in the OVA. Fanservice is promoted to include nipples, and between the two episodes, you'll see most of the girls naked at some point.
Review:
Entertaining. Of the genres Maze represents, it's fantasy first, comedy second, adventure third, and ecchi fourth. The story is decent, but typical for a fantasy anime of the time period.
The OVA further rearranges the priorities to Comedy first, ecchi second, comedy third, and story dead last. It will also make no sense without the anime.
Would I recommend it:
If you like 90's stuff and are more interested in the fantasy story and/or comedy than you are in ecchi. Or if you don't care about anything but ecchi, watch the OVA, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense anyway.
