-Take a model with lots of skin shown (a bikini outfit for example)
-Delete the clothing (this would leave the body without part of the boobs and pussy)
-Create the texture of the missing parts
There's a non finished mod for Honoka, but it's basically a nude body with Honoka's unconnected head.
Also, the person who created the mods said that he wouldn't do more. Other people have tried to create other mods unsuccessfully, and there are only simple variations of the original mods.
What I don't know is who made the Hitomi one because it isn't in the creator's post
