The PROTECT Act by the Bush administration affects USA citizens and these girls would put you in prison for a MANDATORY no parole life term under the 3 strikes and you are out ruling. On top of the PROTECT Act, various communities/states have the 2 strikes (not 3) law for life imprisonment. These girls would result in multiple charges and the multiple charges would tabulate on the 3 strikes rule.
