You are going to see a lot of panties. I think I even saw panties with pictures of panties on them. For the first season, anything more than panties, and even some of the panties will be censored by the most obnoxious mascot bat ever. Capu 2 is considerably more liberal with the fanservice.
Review:
For a comedy harem ecchi anime, you get what you came for. Girls pining after Average-Kun for no reason. Fight scenes for no reason. And slapstick comedy. There is a little more quality to Rosario + Vampire than the average Ecchi. Overall it's enjoyable.
Would I Recommend It:
Rosario + Vampire is a little more well know, and the relative tameness of it means you can watch it with friends. You probably won't be watching it if Ecchi is your sole focus, but the comedy is somewhat redeeming.
