So I'm just speaking from memory but I honestly do believe the XVV and X3 are not the same. It's pretty clear if you play the two side by side, the lighting and softness of the skin and breasts are definitely more prominent and higher quality compared to what XVV offers unfortunately.

Switch Scarlet version runs at 720p30fps handheld and 900p or 1080p30fps docked. No VR but has HD rumble.
Scarlet on both consoles have a free-to-play version with Kasumi. You just need an Asian account.
