Take some soft, fluffy blanket - your comforter may work but if it's too rough you can use your sheet in addition, basically anything that will feel nice against your dick - and fold the leading edge of it back 3-5 inches to give it a bit of height; fold it once or twice more if it's not very fluffy. Lay flat on your back (or propped up) and pull the blanket up your stomach so it just about covers your whole dick. Place your hands on top of the blanket on either side of your dick and bring the blanket down and together to "scoop" up your dick in a cozy little soft hole.
Pump away until you finish on your stomach but take caution to keep the blanket out of the line of fire. That shit stains, trust me.
