LAV filters are integral to K-Lite Codec Pack. Unless something depends on an exact file path reference to their location (which probably should not happen unless you have to set it manually; example: Audacity with downloadable MP3 libraries or simple git downloads; to be safe, you can also search the registry for references to LAV), there should be no problem.
