Just so my post isn't plain text, Felicia from Darkstalkers has a single frame of animation where her second set of lips is out. Funny what they snuck by in these arcade games because there was no pause button - Capcom had Oro's dick flapping around in Street Fighter, too, but I'll refrain from posting that one, hahah
