The jacket tab setup lets you use the random button to create girls that don't look like mutants crawling out of the radioactive waste sewer in a sci-fi horror movie. It's useful if you want extras to fill a scene with but you don't want to either spend time on them or have a bunch of clones of your old characters.
The people sets have thumbnails showing the characters. A lot of other tabs involve blindly clicking through a billion options to find the right one, so I hope we get thumbnails for all the clothing and hairstyle tabs.
