Be sure to look for messages that say something along the lines of "Image shown at ##%, View Full-Size Image.

...buuut... the full-size version of that image is too large to post on 4chan. Nevertheless, the same people who want to call you a Newfag are going to see "sample" in your filename.
If you see "View full sized image" and you don't see the "large_filesize" tag, remember to download the full resolution picture.
Either way, it doesn't hurt to change the filename either. It'll make sorting through your one-day massive /e/ folder easier.
