>>2864778It can refine hands, but since it's just img2img with an automated mask, you're gonna have a bad time if you try to change the hand gesture or otherwise set the denoising too high. Basically you can expect it to add fine details like nail polish but don't hold out for it being able to accomplish dramatic fixes.
