And as you can see, It's super broken, I can only pose it in 3DCG after hitting the bone reset in pose mode.
My question is, that is it possible to fix this? Am I missing some mod, or this model was made only for the 3DCG's poser?

Also, I've tried to convert it into pmd/pmx, the mesh is good, but the facial morphs are broken, so that was useless as well...
