It's fairly easy to teach it what tags you want to blacklist, and it will automatically filter them out of your search results.
A few tags that will save you from the "I didn't see it in the thumbnail" that I recommend filtering:
-Futanari -penis -furry -semen -loli
Of course, you'd have to register on your booru, but I recommend registering regardless.
