I haven't seen it since and I couldn't find it on Pixiv, Danbooru, Sankaku, Google etc. which made me think it was specific to a 4chan user and not many people saved it.
It's hard to find this exact pose. It's like this maybe except the legs are both evenly spread and wider. But the view of the butt was something like this.
