Some of them list their twitter on their Nico profile, and if you follow one of them, you can just look at who THEY follow, in that list you'll see a lot of creator profile pictures and names that you're familiar with. They all follow each other so if you follow like Arrowhead or Volt you'll be able to find all the rest.
Most of them don't post videos on twitter and just chat, so they aren't all worth following unless you really don't want to miss their movements. Here's a few that I follow...

Aso and Volt linked videos in the last 24 hours so look through their tweets.
But seriously though, there's no point archiving them, you can just find them by searching their user names on twitter or google. And you can find fc2 accounts just by looking at recently uploaded videos under the MMD tag. All the "secret" stuff tends to be right out in the open if you're used to looking for this stuff.
