>>2410237the best thing you can do is re-doing the whole transplant process anon. but this time do this
>on the hair mesh you want to transplant:-delete everything that is not the hair (physics, bones mesh) BUT keep the neck and head bones intact (it's mainly rhe head bone but the neck one is just in case)
-move the whole thing higher or further of its original coordinates (this will help you in positioning it on the head without mixing stuff up, only move it through the Y or Z axis though), and save it as a new, separate model
>on the model you want to put the hair on-delete the stuff from the old hair.
-import the new hair and place it on the head and delete the head's physic bones.
-make sure that you fit the hair mesh the best you can, you can manually scale down the hair if you right click the cyan rombulus and select the third option, the rombulus will change into a gray cube, click and drag it to resize the selected mesh
-make sure that the hair's and model's head bone has merged together
-if not, rename the hair's head bone to match the one from the model and then merge them in EDIT>BONE>MERGE WITH THE SAME NAME BONE, in the main pmxeditor window
