If she stays in the lab there is a much greater risk of someone bumping into her or things simply going wrong in public. Not to mention it would look mighty suspicious of an invisible person trying to grab a girls clothes from a locker let alone put them on...too noticeable.
C is also not a very good choice because currently we know nothing about the trustworthiness of the professor and in these type of stories it is often best to stay away from characters with unknown character...she would likely be made the next lesson.
