I don't modify any of the model data when ripping, just texture data (conversion, naming, etc. since the original data is encrypted)
This is how it's arriving out of the site, and it's perfectly fixable if you know what you're doing. Just adjust weights such that the leg bones influence more of the leg instead of stopping early halfway up.
If it was a ripping error, it would be completely fucked. It wouldn't be mostly fine and just slightly fucked.
Again, easily enough fixed. Learn your shit.
