Its only advantages are the ease of making models from a slider-adjustable base and somewhat automatically adaptable built-in sex motions. Emotion Creators was a lot better for creating a vast variety of unique porn scenes (for example, you could make orgies, nipple fucks, unorthodox positions that resembled their basic motions only in the character of movement) and even whole short SFW stories, but it's less popular and got fewer mods for some reason.
