Probably something along these lines. As a guy, I'm tall, lean, and moderately athletic; if I were a girl, I'd take the lean and athletic, but I wouldn't want to be much taller than 5'6" or so.
And small boobs would be a must. I'm a jogger and some of my running mates have pretty big ones... just looking at those things swing around is painful.
