Being both intentionally anime and robotic throws a lot of expectations out. Making the uncanny valley for such a thing shallow compared to trying to mimic real live people.
The fact that a robotic dungeon girl should be chained up makes for a convenient excuse for tethering her to a computer/power supply. Thus simplifying some of the trickier parts of such a fantasy build.
