Alright, took a break after a while because there were some technical shenanigans along the way. Turns out 834x1186 is *not* the original resolution, and converting from .azw3 to .epub just downscales your images for fun sometimes. But in the end I got it, the whole tankobon in original resolution. The lines are crisp and clean and there's even new content to translate!
The first three chapters each have a bonus panel attached now, and at the very end there's the promised bonus section (4 pages long, like the promo).

Making an english translation doesn't hurt the manga's success in the slightest, but giving the Japanese fanbase access to the tankobon for free would hurt the success of the manga (and thus our odds of getting more chapters in the future). I can't stop any of you, of course, but if you're following this thread you probably want the manga to succeed as much as it can.
Now, the new images. They're in the archive as well, but I may as well post them now. Then I'll get started on redoing the typesetting with the tankobon raws and all the skills I picked up doing the manga the first time around.
