You're always welcome to /vt/ where there's rarely any drama and in constant need of help with the wiki, which anons frequently link to, even if outdated.(i'm lazy)
All you have to do is limit yourself to genning a roster of ~300-ish characters because I don't think NAI knows more vtubers than that.
Just keep in mind the board goes fast there and we bake 2-3 threads a day. Most bakes are emergency bakes so there's not much time for the baker to make highlights or anything unless they have a looot of spare time on their hands.
