My shirt slid from my shoulders. I held the front halves in my hands, keeping it just a little shut, but not really hiding anything. This was my last chance to stop myself from stripping down to my underwear in a public building. The last chance to stop myself from being caught in just my undies in front of who knows who.
My hands were shaking. I looked around again. I made a small lap around the room, looking in corners to make sure no one was hiding there. I even looked out the door a bit, to make sure no one was in the hall.
I was alone, and I knew that there probably wouldn’t be anyone around till morning the next day.
I let go of my shirt and let it drop to the ground.
