If so you just need to click "Create New Paste" at the top of the site, paste whatever text you want into the text box, edit the settings in the dropdown menus (the only one you really need for just a text story is to change the Paste Exposure so that it shows up as unlisted, so only people who know the link can access it).
Of course, you may need to make an account so that you can maintain your pastes better.
