>>2645160in pmx editor, go to the transform view window, select the bone you want and in the deform op window (it's the one that opens along with transformview) select the scale tab , from there you will see three spaces where you can input numbers, first one is for the X axis (length), middle one is the Y axis (height) and the third one is the Z axis (depth), once you put something there, hit scale and the numbers you input here will multiply the size of everything that is weighted on that bone, that includes sometimes the child bones, if you only want to edit one or two axis, then leave the 1.00 of the others intact.
once you done and want to save your editing, pick FILE > in the form of the current save (the first option of that tab). this will create a copy of the model with the modification you did. keep in mind that scaling can work differently on each model, and depends on how the bones were set up,
transformview can also do more than scaling bones, you can permanentely rotate or move a bone or morph.
