Only downsides being that it doesn't have as many options for frame to frame transitions as WMM, and I can't make each frame be displayed for less than 3 seconds, which winds up increasing the filesize a bit.
It has a fading transition option, but only way I can use the fade and still keep it within 4chans filesize limit is if I downscale it to 720p, which causes similar quality loss (though not as severe as window movie maker).
