The game itself, the RPG loader, the RTP RPG maker 2000, and the RTP for RPGmaker 2003.
First, install both RTP files to your computer. Then launch the RPG Loader and click the rightmost button (which serves as an equivalent to the "next" button). Make sure to click the "caldix" button to install additional needed files. Keep pressing next until you have a window with a sword icon on the right side.
Now, you can simply drag the game folder into the window, hit the checkbox underneath the sword icon (the play button) to make sure the game is windowed, and now you can click the sword icon to start the game.
