Requesting someone to use the upsized picture here, and overlay the higher resolution, but non-full-body image of Oboro (the purple hair lady) from here:

The relation is that the twitter crop shouldn't be expanded if it's too small, but the full-body jpeg be made smaller to fit the twitter crop).
Most of the lower body of the upsized image doesn't look too bad, but the upper body definitely needs fixing. (it can also double as an upper body portrait, if I crop the blurrier lower body from the finished product)
It's a bit of a complicated request, so I understand if it doesn't get much traction. But I definitely can't do it.
