The problem in this thread is that DIFFERENT people besides the OP are posting. OP did not describe what should go in this thread other than landwhales. That means "very fat" was not excluded. OP's picture also was not a good example of "healthy" as _BOTH_ the clothing and pose obscured what healthy means. So, part of the fault lies with OP.
In the past, HEALTHY meant that the person was neither anorexic nor obese. The term obese is well-defined already, so when people post obese, they either are trolling or are the usual careless/"who cares" type of 4channer.
HEALTHY and a few other terms need to be established in the 4chan FAQ or else these misunderstandings will keep going on. HEALTHY is the same as VOLUPTUOUS used by Playboy in its magazines. The well-rounded chars in NiseMIDIdorenokai and Fatalpulse Victim Girls are examples of healthy. Kazehana in the Sekirei series is another example of voluptuous. Healthy doesn't have an overhanging belly.
