For the most part you're looking at Panty shots and outfit damage. Almost all of the series's /e/ content is concentrated on the bath episode, which then segues into an alternate outfit situation of the "Laundry day" flavor... which they then have to escape wearing.
Haven't seen the OVA, but I'm guessing the /e/ is a little more prominent.
Review:
It's actually pretty enjoyable. The tension of the zombie encounters is pretty high throughout, and it also touches on societal collapse and the characters battling their own moral compass. Weapon otakus might find more to enjoy than I did as weapons are juryrigged from office supplies or found conveniently in an arms locker.
