I actually wound up finding (and beating) the second game. You can find the link here:

This wouldn't be completely terrible, if not for the fact that the end of the third level requires you to break some pillars in a sequence. I... honestly never figured it out. Someone on that forum figured it out by chance and uploaded a save just after that I downloaded.
Also, most of the stuff in the image I uploaded doesn't happen until way late in the game. Once you get past the third stage it's pretty fun. Though very frustrating (save money for the health pickups and maybe the special moves, you don't really need the weapons).
There is one H-Scene that you get for beating the game, by the way.
Also, you're gonna need a USB controller of some sorts for it. The game won't play otherwise.
