Take Leifang for example (whose body is not even the smallest) and compare her to someone like Rachel (whose body is not even the biggest). They're clearly different. You probably just convinced yourself of that based on earlier BP versions, you need to go back and analyze the bodies once again and you'll realize they're not exactly the same.
Picrel is Sayuri and Nyo bottoms from the back - Sayuri is the large and heavy type with super thick thighs, Nyo looks like a more average fit girl with more moderate sizes. They're not the same at all, especially if you get them from other angles and overlap the proportions. And from the front they're even more different since Sayuri is a titcow and Nyo has smaller breasts with less sag and smaller nipples as well.
