>>1572851The problem with that list is simple. The game is damn well balanced. I'll explain.
>attack speedAll the girls attack fairly quickly. There are none who feel slow, like say, Zangief from Street Fighter. There's only girls that feel slightly slower than greased lightning. Among them, Miyabi, Katsuragi, and Yomi.
>attack rangeDashing and exploiting a girl's move set make this a moot issue. Example: Asuka's wakizashis are short, but smart use of dashes and her charged strong attack, which lets her dig underground and teleport to a targeted enemy before launching them into the air, compensate for that easily.
>movement speedEvery character except Mirai can dash (she backsteps instead). Ikaruga, Imu, Hikage, and Murakumo can dash infinitely (was nerfed to not be overpowered). This means you're not going to find it difficult to close in on your target no matter who you pick.
>attack powerNormal attacks aren't that great unless you're in inochi gake mode, which doubles your damage dealt and damage taken. Your main source of damage is ninpos, and the girls are pretty equal there.
>defensive levelMost girls have at or around the same defense level with a few standouts like Miyabi and Katsuragi, but even then, it's not a huge difference. This all just keeps coming back to the fact that this game's multiplayer is REALLY fucking well balanced.
>special abilitiesHere's where you finally start to see differences with the girls, but still not enough to make definite tier lists. Most people like girls with easily spammed, 360 degree AoE specials, but in the end, someone who doesn't know the girl is still going to get their ass handed to them by a player who knows how to handle his Senran. For example, I've beaten my fair share of Miyabis and Yagyuus (both have 360 degree AoE ninpos) as Asuka.
tl;dr - game is balanced like a laser leveler. Pick a girl that suits you and enjoy the tits.
