And yeah, that'd make sense with Koito. I guess I forgot in lieu of how she's always stood out to me personally. She partially generates if I add the series she's from, but she's never quite there.
Another one that it struggles with despite having enough tags (207)- Naruse Yuu from Watamote. Doesn't generate at all if I don't add the series. And even when I do (

Another possible example of that- it seems to have trouble if you use an artist that has a sufficient number of tags but they're in a broad range of styles across many series. This is especially the case for industry artists who've done primarily "official art." Even though they do have identifiable commonalities across the scope of their work, the variety seems to throw things off. Examples in my experience with NovelAI are Sakai Kyuuta and Takamura Kazuhiro.
But then there's ones that don't entirely make sense to me. Bonryuu (
https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts?tags=bonryuu) has 82 uploads, but NovelAI can replicate his style to a fair degree. But an artist like Hanyae (
https://danbooru.donmai.us/posts?tags=hanyae), with 102 tags? Doesn't register at all.
