So many little variations of it could work with it too.
Like maybe she can't get to staff without walking into a public area so she tries to hide in the bath until they close up, and then tries to sneak around without being seen.
Or the thief takes her clothes and leaves her only an embarrassing outfit in the locker.
Or her clothes are stolen but her friend is with her and so she lets her borrow her parts of her outfit so she won't have to walk home completely naked, but it's not enough to fully cover both of them so they both end up embarrassed and exposed while trying to make their way home.
Reminds me of Goblin Slayer s02 e10 (pic related) where the plot point is the priestesses' clothes are stolen by another girl in the bath. Unfortunately she left other clothes behind, and they have towels, so it's not real ENF but pretty close and could have been executed as one.
